Princess Beatrice has ditched her usual high glamour look in favor of a wetsuit and a scruffy bun in order to take part in a charity swim.
The 28-year-old royal joined entrepreneur Richard Branson in Sicily yesterday to
take part in a 3.3km swim to raise money for a youth charity.
Beatrice looked slightly apprehensive ahead of her race on Tuesday holding her hand to her chest before entering the water.

She tied her long auburn hair up with a neon yellow hair tie and donned a blue wetsuit ahead of the race.
During the swim the princess was virtually unrecognisable, pictured wearing a swimming cap that covered her famous auburn hair.
She did however, keep a personal touch to her outfit keeping a gold chain bracelet fastened around her wrist.
The princess was also joined by Entourage actor Adrian Grenier and Branson's children Holly, Clare and Sam in the water to swim the grueling length.

However, the eldest daughter of Prince Andrew looked triumphant as she exited the sea following the activity.
She shared an embrace with a pal after leaving the water before coming over shy and covering her face before the cameras.
Taking the event serious the princess even opted to wear a full face snorkel so as to allow her to swim under water.

Branson's Virgin Strive team took part in the swim in hopes to raise money for Big Change.
Yesterday was the final triathlon leg of the Virgin STRIVE Challenge 2016.
Princess Bea arrived to support the team after their grueling 15 day cycle where they covered 632km in distance and 9,322m through world famous Giro climbs.

The final leg of this epic 2,000km month-long challenge is a hike to the summit of Mount Etna, where they will cross the finish line tomorrow.
